What types of cuisine do you serve?
Ottawa Kabab specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine, highlighting our signature Syrian breakfast, Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes, and traditional Iraqi specialties. Our menu features a range of options for both meat and vegetarian eaters, including meal, sanwishes, appetizers, salads, and desserts.
Are you a halal restaurant?
Yes, everything we serve at our restaurant is halal. All the meat we use, including lamb, beef, and chicken, is certified halal.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes, we have a range of vegetarian options on our menu, including dips such as hummus, baba ganoush, and muhammara, as well as entrees such as the vegetarian platter, which includes falafel, stuffed grape leaves, and tabbouleh. We also have salads and side dishes that are completely vegan.
Do you provide catering services?
Yes, we offer catering services for events of all sizes, including corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions. We can customize a menu to suit your needs, and our catering options include both meat and vegetarian dishes.
What are some popular menu items at Ottawa Kabab?
Our menu features a range of delicious options, but some of our most popular items include the fatteh hummus loaded with almonds, pomegranate seeds, chickpeas, and crisp shards of pita bread, as well as the charcoal-grilled meats such as the lamb and chicken cubes and skewers of ground beef and lamb. Our dips, such as smoky baba ganoush and creamier eggplant mutabal, are also fan favorites.
Do you offer dine-in?
Yes, we offer dine-in. While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation, especially during weekends and holidays such as Eid, to ensure a table is available. During Ramadan, reservations are mandatory, and there is a fee to secure your table.
Do you offer pickup and delivery options?
Yes, Ottawa Kabab offers both takeout and delivery options for our customers’ convenience. To place an order for takeout, simply order online or give us a call, and we will have your meal ready for you to pick up. If you prefer delivery, you can order through our website or third-party delivery platforms such as UberEats or SkipTheDishes.

While we welcome walk-ins, we strongly encourage making a reservation to ensure a table, especially on weekends and holidays. During Ramadan, reservations are required, and a fee applies to secure your table.
